The Wabash County Jail decided in the middle of 2013 to act on the idea that their protection against power outages was lacking. They chose to install a 350kW generator as a means to accommodate the power needs of the building. At over 10,000 lbs. empty, and around 12 feet tall, it is over four times the size of the unit it replaced.
