IPFW Student Housing Phase III

The new IPFW Student dorms consist of four 72,000 sq. ft. dorm buildings, one 10,400 sq. ft. Common building, and one 2,500 sq. ft. maintenance building. A Simplex fire alarm system is installed in all buildings for fire protection. This project also includes an extensive site package with large duct banks and man holes with the site package alone being in excess of $200,000.
