L-A Electric is an electrical contractor servicing commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional facilities primarily in Indiana and Ohio

In 1988 Bill Arnold founded L-A Electric.  In spite of the fact that he had four young boys at home, Bill left his job to make his entrepreneurial dream a reality.  He began with a partner and a single employee.  Through hard work, integrity and humility, Bill has grown L-A Electric to a company employing highly trained electricians, project managers, estimators and office support staff.

L-A Electric has grown their staff to compensate for the growing construction market. With a team of highly trained electricians, combined with a professional office staff, L-A Electric provides engineering, plan/spec, and design/build for a vast array of projects.

In 2010 Premier Communications was formed as a subsidiary company to provide fire alarm, voice/data, security and controls systems.

With nearly 150 employees and over 30 years in business, L-A Electric has adapted their business to better serve their customers in a professional and timely manner.
